Actually, I wasn’t intending to write something about my CNY experience in this blog, but since I wrote something in response to Jocelyn’s post in her blog. I thought I should just put it here as well.
“Don’t you think that actually each year when you grow more mature, CNY gets more and more dull and boring? The thrills of meeting strangers(relatives) start to die down and the food that you used to eat only during CNY can be bought anywhere. + the repetition of the same old CNY songs each year just irritates you further. I don’t hate CNY, where I can get a holiday to relax and enjoy. But to celebrate excessively is a nono”
In short…
Don’t you agree that CNY is no longer as important in our hearts as it has been 3-5 years ago? Well, that’s my opinion. What’s yours?

How’s it going for all of you? Enjoying your CNY? Remember to watch your diet as you munch that chips or bakgua away happily while catching up with your relatives. But do have fun and make full use of the limited time.
