“Fierce Fighting Conclusion! Who’s the Strongest?”
Spoiler: Kenpachi continues fighting Nnoitra, and although he is able to keep up with his attacks, soon realizes that he is in danger of dying. He then resorts to using kendo and deals Nnoitra a powerful sword strike, severely wounding him. Nnoitra is angered by Kenpachi’s belief that he had won as he hates being shown mercy or being pitied more than anything, partly influenced by his time with Neliel. He charges Kenpachi, but is struck down again and mortally wounded.

“Orochimaru’s Hideout Discovered”
Spoiler: Guren takes sixteen survivors from the experiments and leaves to meet with Orochimaru. Team 8 and Kakashi arrive at Orochimaru’s hideout, only to discover that it had already been abandoned. Guren uses her crystal jutsu to kill some of the experiments when they try to kill her, and only a few remain. Meanwhile, Naruto tries to find a ranged attack he can use, and Jiraiya plans on training him in synchronizing jutsu. Unfortunately, Naruto does not get along well with Gamariki, with whom he is supposed to synchronize.

Neliel finishes calling out her sword, Gamuza, and transforms into a white centaur. Meanwhile, Pesche Guatiche and Dondochakka Bilstin fight Szayel, using their Bawabawa. Pesche takes out his sword, Ultima, as he lands a strike on Szayel. As the fights go on, Dondochakka takes out his club to help out. Pesche and Dondochakka use their ultimate attack, “cero sincrecito”, a combination of Dondochakka and Pesche’s cero. While out in the desert, Ichigo is getting severely beaten by Tesla, who called out his sword, Verruga, and transformed into a minotaur type creature. Right before Telsa deals the final blow to Ichigo, Captain Kenpachi Zaraki saves him

Title: “Hueco Mundo Chapter, Restart!”
A recap of the Hueco Mundo arc. After the fight against Ichigo and Grimmjow, Grimmjow comes back up to fight Ichigo again but ends up getting struck by Nnoitra. Nnoitra and Ichigo begin to fight, while Nnoitra’s Fraccion, Tesla, captures Orihime, and Nnoitra reveals that he is stronger than Grimmjow. Renji, Uryu, Dondochakka and Pesche go to save Orihime, Rukia and Chad, but encounter Szayel again.

Bleach: The DiamondDust Rebellion
Plot:
An artifact known as the “King’s Seal” is stolen during transport from Soul Society by an unidentified Soul Reaper and two arrancar girls who control fire and lighting. Tōshirō Hitsugaya seems to recognize the Soul Reaper, who stabs him in the stomach, and abandons his post to pursue him. Seireitei suspects him of treason and orders his immediate capture, with the possibility of disbanding the 10th Division should he be guilty.
Tōshirō is found unconscious by Ichigo, who knows that Soul Society is looking for him. Tōshirō refuses to explain what’s happening, but Ichigo is attacked by the two arrancar before he can force the issue. Tōshirō continues to avoid capture, and things only look worse when the Soul Reaper thief, identified as Sōjirō Kusaka, uses Hitsugaya’s Hyōrinmaru to injure Shunsui Kyōraku. Tōshirō’s capture is made top priority, and his execution is approved if he resists.
Tōshirō eventually manages to track Sōjirō down, where it is revealed that the two managed to manifest the same zanpakutō. Because this is a taboo in Soul Society, they were forced to fight to the death. It was decided that Tōshirō would be the winner and Sōjirō was apparently killed, only to reincarnate in Hueco Mundo. Seeking revenge on Soul Society, he stole the King’s Seal, which allows the user to freely manipulate time, space, and matter within a small space. Using it, Sōjirō teleports Tōshirō and himself to Soul Society, needing the power of Tōshirō’s bankai to break the seal. When Tōshirō refuses, Sōjirō breaks the seal himself, becoming a dragon made of ice. However, because he lacks the control Tōshirō possesses, the power goes berserk and threatens to destroy Soul Society. With much help, Ichigo and Tōshirō manage to destroy Sōjirō’s dragon form. Returned to his regular form, Sōjirō and Tōshirō have one last clash, ending in Sōjirō’s defeat. Tōshirō is cleared of all charges and the King’s Seal is restored, allowing Tōshirō to finally put his past to rest.

ODEX strikes back

Read in the HWZ forums that a Singnet user has recieved a “love letter†from the local law firm, Rajah & Tann, representing ShowGate Inc from Japan. Well, looks like the shit has hit the ceiling fan, quite literally. If this goes to the courts, and a landmark case is set, it spells doom on all anime lovers in Singapore.
Apparently, not only Singnet users have been hit, but Starhub users have received the letter as well, and not just only from ShowGate, but also Geneon Entertainment Inc as well. For a detailed story, and a background of the whole saga, check out this blog
The online anime community is set buzzing with discussions again when someone posted on various forums about a lawyer letter sent to him on behalf of Showgate Inc. by Rajah and Tann Transnational Legal Solutions.

It was said on forums that the anime “Devil May Cry†was downloaded using Bit Torrent and the information was captured by Singnet with the request from Showgate Inc. Singnet is one of the ISPs in Singapore.

However, in 2007, Odex added the names of the real six Japanese copyright holders to its case (GDH, Kadokawa Pictures, Showgate, Sunrise, TV Tokyo MediaNet and Yomiuri Telecasting) which, it turns out, was a smart move. Although Justice Woo Bih Li denied Odex a chance to see the records, the real copyright holders are in a position to sue – so he granted them full access to the records instead.
